Today, I have a card for a friend who’s dad died. She’s dealt with heavy losses all year. So she is in my prayers. Asking the Lord to give her peace & comfort.
Got another card today. I used items from the Illustrated Faith “Through Christ” kit. Love the simplicity & the bright colors. This is for a friend who leads a summer day camp for kids & today was the first day of camp. Wanted to let her know I’d be praying for her.
Here’s a card for a new friend. She finally (after 35 years) decided to get out of an abusive situation. This is my prayer for her future. That she would thrive and grow. I pray a blessing on her life as she learns about the freedom she has in Christ.

Here’s a card for a friend of mine, who is an artist. She is helping me out after I totaled our van. (I’m glad it was on New Year’s Eve & not New Year’s Day. This way I can start the year off on a good foot. Last year was a rough one. But I’m expecting this year will be better.)
Anyway, I experimented with Perfect Pearls Spray & you can’t see that in the picture. It gave the card a nice sheen to it. I entered it in the following challenge:
Got another Christmas card for you. Used Embossing powder for the snowy ground & glitter for the snow & the star. Mixed feelings about it. I like how the glitter came out on the tree & I like the star (which surprises me, since I drew it myself LOL). Challenges:
