Here’s my first Christmas card of the season.
Hopefully I’ll get a few more done in the upcoming month. I’m planning to try to get a card done a day. As art therapy, or just for fun. Am submitting this to the following challenges.
Here’s my first attempt at a card again. It seems like a long time since I’ve actually done some crafting & made some cards. This one is for a friend I identify with very much. I pray for her as she balances caring for her husband, being a mom & taking care of herself. So, I remind her to breathe. And I remind myself to do it too. Breathe. Take time. Be yourself.
I’m even going to submit it to a few challenges. Here we go:
Ok. It’s been over a year since I last updated my blog or added anything. Almost forgot where to find it. It’s all different now, since I changed computers & everything. Hope I can figure this out again. Will add another entry with my newest card. If I can figure out how to do it. LOL.
I’m going to start sending cards to people who I talk to throughout the day at work. Thought this would make a nice thank you card.
I’ve tried to post this card a couple of times. Hope it goes through this time. See my Pinterest board to see which challenges I entered with it.
Still trying to figure out what works & what doesn’t with the alcohol inks. Think I have a long way to go. The image is the stone Fairy from Robynn’s Fetish. Beautiful image. I didn’t do it justice. I am definitely looking forward to continuing my experimentation. The sentiment is one of my favorites by Ralph Waldo Emerson.
